About Me
My name is Carl Garrett and my Twitter description pretty much says it all: Carl_Baptized3x – Evangelist disguised as engineer, father of 3, husband of 1, servant of the Lord Jesus Christ, and eternally grateful for the Love the Father has lavished on us all. I am a born again believer who has no intention whatsoever of perverting the Gospel of Grace. I have the LORD’s love overflowing from my heart so I share Jesus, Yeshua, with everyone I can. That’s why I’ve taken the time to write this blog and to write a book about the amazing things the LORD has opened my eyes to see. The book is written but in the editing stage being made ready for publication. Email: carlgarrettamazingpromise@gmail.com Facebook: http://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=100002564442524

Steve, combine that desire with the Truth and you’re on the Way to having it. Carl
You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart. Jeremiah 29:13
I have sought your face with all my heart; be gracious to me according to your promise. Psalm 119:58
Those who know your name will trust in you, for you, LORD, have never forsaken those who seek you. Psalm 9:10
I’ve read 1st and 2nd chapter, I relate alot looking forward to experiencing the end of the 2nd chapter. I’m definitely going to the mirror.
Steve
In all humility, prepare to be blown away by the rest of the book. I would have given my right arm for someone to tell me these things when I was 16. It took me half a century to be ready for God to tell me these things…and that’s a lot of mistakes later, A LOT of water under the bridge.
Love your comments they nuture me spiritually.
I’m so glad, Mawandla! There’s nothing more powerful than someone telling you, reminding you, over and over that you are unconditionally loved just as you are! And when it’s the LORD telling you that, He has the Name to back it up, and it’s music to your ears – it’s Salvation! Blessings to you!!!
Thank you Carl, as I was doing my Devotions this morning I was lead to you but not by chance I’m sure. You have a very strong focus and it is in seeking God with all your heart and yes for sure there is no other way, Jesus tells us to seek, ask and knock so we can be complete.
Sadly some don’t know what to ask for, so they remain in confusion and have doubts, I know because I was one of them. it even lead me to sin, I was still in darkness, even though I was part of a Church but after heart repentance God lead me to ask for both The Holy Spirit (Luke11:13) and His wisdom (James1:5-6) and I received them and now I don’t doubt that He is Love or that I will be lost Eternally, yes you can be sure Satan wants me to think that I will be and the temptation to give up the fight is strong but God tells us differently and keeps us strong through the Storms.
Isaiah 43:1-3 – Do not be afraid, for I have ransomed you. I have called you by name; you are mine. When you go through deep waters and great trouble, I will be with you. When you go through rivers of difficulty, you will not drown! When you walk through the fire of oppression, you will not be burned up; the flames will not consume you. For I am the LORD, your God, the Holy One of Israel, your Saviour.”
Jeremiah 29 :11-12 For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the LORD, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope.
Lamentations 3: 33 For God doth not afflict willingly nor grieve the children of men.
Christian Love from both of us – Anne..
